Memorial Service Request

Oak Pointe Church Milford seeks to be a place of blessing to you and your family – in good times and in difficult times. If you have had a death in your family, we are available to help you navigate through the grieving process as well as the many details that come with such a loss.

Please know it is our heart to conduct such services with great care for you and your family, as well as in a manner consistent with our mission statement of “Knowing Jesus and Making Him Known.”
